These terms apply to your use of goholi.si, operated by Useable Consulting (KvK 42037922). By using the site or creating an account you accept them.
goholi.si is a travel simulator. It uses Super Intelligence (SI) to draft day-by-day journeys with estimated travel times, flights, stays and costs, so you can explore a holiday before you book it.
goholi.si is not a travel agent, tour operator or booking platform. We do not sell or arrange flights, accommodation or package travel, and no contract for travel services is formed with us.
Prices, flight times, stays, opening hours and travel times are estimates generated by SI. They are not real-time prices or availability and are not offers. Always check details with the provider before you book or travel. Links to third-party sites are for convenience; their own terms apply.
SI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking safety, entry requirements, opening times and anything else that matters for your trip.
You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
You keep the rights to photos, notes and journeys you add. You give us a non-exclusive, free licence to store and display them to provide the service, and, for journeys you choose to publish to the community, to show them publicly until you unpublish them.
Example host profiles on community pages are illustrative and are labelled as such.
Paid plans and credits are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, including VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because paid features are digital content delivered immediately, you ask us to start right away and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the paid feature has been used. Unused subscriptions can be withdrawn within 14 days for a full refund. Contact hello@useable.consulting.
Destination photos come from Unsplash and are credited to their photographers. Maps come from OpenStreetMap contributors. Their licences apply to that material.
We provide goholi.si with care, but without guarantees that it is uninterrupted, error-free or that estimates are accurate. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
We may change the service or these terms. For material changes we give signed-in users notice in the app before they take effect. We may end the service with reasonable notice and refund prepaid, unused periods.
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the court where you live. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
